Dear Sir,

I was stayig on rent at Vijay Jalgaonkar's house from last 3 years. The last agreement was valid upto 3 rd Oct.2011. But since I had my own house I have given him advance notice of one month in Jul.2011 and vacated his house in Aug 2011 2 months before the agreement. The full advance rent was given 48000 (12X4000) for 11 months. When the notice was given orally he admitted that he will give me refund once he had a new family on rent. ALready he has given flat to rent. But now he is denying to give refund of Rs 12000 to me. His contant No. is ********49 /02502411020. I request you to solve this issue so that he can give my refund to me.
In fact the issue is also known to broker who was in between i.e. Mr. Sanjay Shukla (Contact No.********46).He is also admitting that I should get the refund as per the agreement.

According to Mr. Vijay Jalgaonkar he says that there is loss to him during my stay. In last 3 years he has even not painted the house. Only the probable loss is one lock was damaged and one Glass candle was broken during my stay. His intension is not to give my money back. Hence I am requesting you to attend my complaint. I will be very much thankful to you.

I am a professional gue and I dont want to argue with such mad man hence I am requesting police to help me out in and get my money back. We earn money when we do hard work, I dont want to loose my money. You please take issue strongly and call him.
