I had a Seagate Portable Hard disk which stopped working while still under warranty. I created an RMA (Return procedure) on Seagate's website and couriered the drive back to their Chennai Office.
While my Bluedart tracking shows that the product was delivered to them immediately the next day, even after 2 months, their system does NOT reflect my drive being received by them.
There is NO email address on their website and the complaint form I filled up yields practically no result and I have not received a reply from their end as yet, after 10 days of mailing them. The phone number listed on their website is INVALID.
It seems that Seagate is in the business of keeping customer's products for themselves after refurbish. Very disappointed in Seagate service.

If you feel cheated, complain to police and send a letter of complain to Seagate with copy of GD; then file a complaint in consumer court in your city.
