SBI BANK - SBI did not deposit the TDS against my PAN number

Hi,

I am still waiting to see the TDS deducted by SBI Bank Delhi Shahdara branch in my form 26AS for the financial year 2009-10. They have issued me the form 16 but have not deposited the TDS against my PAN number.

I am chasing the branch manager quite long but every time they are suggesting me to wait for next quater. Now I am fed-up and want to take a legal action against SBI Bank for not depositing the TDS which they deducted, can you please suggest me the possible actions in this case.

Complainant's Goal: Seeking refund from IT dept which is only possible if SBI deposit the TDS
