Never deal with this company or Mr Satish Patil. He is a fraud. We placed an order with them for a Cummins Generator in September 2008. He promised to deliver the generator in October 2008. Satish Patil and his firm never kept their promise. They gave us all possible reasons for the delay which were all lies. They are not even dealers for any major brands. They are freelancers.
Finally we had to cancel the order in December 2008, since they were not delivering. Satish Patil, the owner of this firm promised us to refund back our money which by the way we had paid in full (INR 12.5 + lakhs) in 1 week. But till date we have not received a refund.
Satish Patil who stays on Paud road is a big cheat. He gave us all possible reasons like the 27/11 Mumbai blasts for delaying the refund. Every day Satish Patil promises he will pay us but he never does. Satish Patil twice gave us checks which bounced. We are still waiting for our refund. He is using our money and giving us false promises everyday.
He does not even have decency to call us. Everyday we have to give him a call and ask him for our hard earned money. Satish Patil claims his firms annual turn over is INR 500,000,00 but trust me its all fake. Initially when we were to place an order, Satish Patil claimed they were authorized dealers of Cummins generators. Later in December 2008, we found that he is just a freelancer and assembles generators and supplies. We are really not sure, what he has done with our funds. Only mistake we did was not check his credentials before placing an order.
Satish Patil talks very sweetly. Please do not go on his talks. He is a scum. With full honesty please do not deal with Satish Patil or any of his firms. They are professional cheaters.

The aligation made by Mr Deepak Tillo the Managing Director of Invitra Technolgies (P) Ltd is a base less and a false one.
We never denied that he has placed order on us and also nor denied to refund the cancelled order.
The basic false is on his part only,at the time of order he placed with us he was to produce the Excise Concession certificate to us where the delay occured from his side,by this our OEM has to divert the said DG.In the meantime the recession started in IT and Real Estate Bussiness,with this he doesnt want to have the DG hence he startrd making a DRAMA and asked for cancellation of order and refund of money.
But still we have paid him Rs 2,00,000:00 by way of DD No:322669 drawn on SBI dated 11.05.2009 and Rs 3,00,000:00 DD No:325644 dated 22.07.2009 drawn on SBI.
THE ALIGATION MADE BY HIM IS A BASELESS AND WE REQUEST NOT TO ENTERTAIN SUCH ALIGATION ON ONE SIDED.

I definitely support this complaint. Why are people like Satish Patil allowed to do business? I really do not understand. Satish Patil and AB Enterprises should be black listed from doing business in Pune and India.
I support this complaint. People like Satish Patil, should be arrested and thrown out of business.
My deepest sympathy towards Invitra..I hope they recover the money at the earliest
This is so very funny:) The statement made by Mr Patil from AB Enterprises itself elaborates their fault and how they trying to avoid paying us.
He says due to recession in IT industry we canceled the order. We would like to put forth a few points:
1. We had already paid in full to AB Enterprises, so money was never an issue from our side.
2. We had issued a bankers cheque for the full amount to AB Enterprises against the loan we had taken to purchase the Generator
3. We are paying interest to the bank and also have not gotten the Generator
4. Mr. Patil from AB Enterprises assured us that he would refund our entire amount along with the interest. He did pay us 5 lakh per his comment below but check the dates..it was almost after 5 months he paid the first 2 lakhs and after 7 months the second cheque.
5. He paid these amounts only after we went to the Police and sought their help
6. He still owes us around 11.5 lakhs including the interest he has agreed to pay
7. We desperately need a Generator, since there are power cuts every Thursday in Pune and we cannot work and loose precious man hours. We have 40 people working in our organization and we loose around 6 hours per person every Thursday. Our bank is not giving us additional loan, since they say they have already given us the load towards purchasing the generator. Imagine the loss we continue to face every Thursday. Even if you consider the lowest $10 per man hour, every week we are loosing 2400 US$ which approximately works out to be Rs. 110,000 per week.
Last week on Tuesday (date: 22 September 2009) he showed us a cheque he received from BSNL for some 42 lakh odd amount. He assured us that by Friday he will pay us the balance amount. But till date (2nd October 2009), we have not received any funds from AB Enterprises.
One more point, look at his audacity. He puts the blame on us for not issuing the excise certificate. Just to put it across the entire world, we submitted all the documents and paid him full amount against his invoice in September 2008.
Its been an year now and we are still struggling to get our money back. Every day when I call Mr Patil from AB Enterprises, he says, he will refund next day, but its been an year and we still are suffering.
Last week, he got an email from this portal www.icomplaints.in and he calls me up and says I had sent the mail :) Mr. Patil from AB Enterprises does not even understand from whom he is getting a mail. Funny huh ?? :) Mr Patil (AB Enterprises) tells me on the phone that since, we had written about his company on this portal, he will not issue the demand draft for our refund for next 3 days. Mr Patil said that he will come and meet me to discuss about this article and then decide about the payment..but till date he has not even bothered to call me once. Is this not strange and obnoxious behavior on the part of Mr Patil (AB Enterprises)?? You can very well judge the mentality of Mr Patil (AB Enterprises)
We are sure the World will understand that this allegation is not baseless and Mr Patil from AB Enterprises is at fault 100%.
We would like the world to comment on this and help us get our money back.
