Sir,
I bought a SAMSUNG PLASMA 3D TV (MODEL NO D490) in 2011,after one year passed of warranty, suddenly on the panel 3 to 4 black horizontal line are displayed. I complaint to Samsung costumer care & the engineer came and said the panel of plasma need to be change & cost is 25000/-. I am totally shocked what they r saying.
And till date there are many more line are coming I think near about 20.
we are not in this condition to change the panel for this big amount.

please help me to solve this issue.
