Benjwal Systems - Samsung Gslaxy Grand phone not working since 8 months

I am writing this this complaint n deep frustration, I had given my SAMSUNG Galaxy Grand Phone model No: GT-I9082MBAINU, Serial no: RF1D20GYT6Y at least 5 or 6 time to Samsung service center in Noida and Greater Noida and still issue did not get resolved.

I had always maintained that there is a hardware issue with this particular peace, but each time service center reset the android software and returned it to me.

I had hardly use this phone from 3rd month of purchase and use it only as a backup phone.

I want to escalate this issue to highest level possible because of pathetic service I had received from Samsung.

I want hardware replaced of this handset so that I can use it properly and should get compensate for Rs. 21,500 which I had invested in this shit from Samsung.

I hope someone will listen to me at least here, I know I will be getting reply to this that please take this phone to service center and our engineer will look into it.

My answer for that it Sir, I had already visited your service center 5-6 times (please check your records and confirm).

So please do not give me this resolution, I am a software engineer and can differentiate between software and hardware problem.

Also, do you have proper grievance steps and email id for Samsung India and world head.

It seems there is manufacturing defect in my mobile, it is Smasung Galaxy Grand I9082, I did not find the model no in any of the option in your website to register so I am registering my complaint under GT-i9100.

The problem is it get switched off autometically every now and then I took it service center but they just reinstalled the operating system and problem is still there. when I place a small piece of paper in battery then it does not switch off regulalrely but still get swiched off autometically when I place it on table or in my pocket. Request you to advice where should I take this phone so that I can get replacement or it can be repaired. I don''''t think it can be repaired as its faulty piece so request you to provide me the new handset.
