inspite of my regular complaints there has not been a single moment my problem been solved.
my fridge is still in a problematic condition. every time an executive comes changes a part charges for it and goes away, making a fool of the lady at home. i am still standing there with my problem.
after getting sick and tired i am lodging a complaint to you and your respective department.
pls do the needful and reply back

by just changing the parts has not solved my problem.my problem remains the same as on date.
my humble request to you that please look into the matter the resolve my problem at the earliest so that i may not feel that i have been CHEATED By SAMSUNG.
