I had booked new swif dzire vdi on 19-03-2012 whose order no is -sob110022221 and paid Rs 10000 to JAGMOHAN MOTORS LTD in cash to MR SATISH DAHIYA(SALES EXECUTIVE ).He gave me cotation of RS 660550(MODEL-DZIRE VDI,COLOUR-WHITE ,EX-SHOWROOM
PRICE-637909,MARUTI INSURANCE-RS 16221,EXTENDER WARRANTY-RS 3920,REGISTRATION TEMP-RS 500,SHHEME CORPORATE DISCOUNT(LOGISTICS)RS 2000 TOTAL RS 660550).ON 05-05-2012 JAGMOHAN MOTORS HAS DELIVERED ME SWIT DZIRE VDI,I HAD PAID HIM RS 664856(TOTAL DEMAND-RS674856-RS10000(BOOKING AMT LESS)BY CHQ NO-797652 DT 05-05-2012.I asked to MR.Satish Dahiya about the bill he told me that the processing of bill takes 2 to 3 days.I came out with my swft dzire with temporay registration certificate no-HR99LY(T)7173,CLASS OF VECHILE-LMG MAKE -DZIRE VDI TYPE OF BODY-SALOON,COLOUR-M BREEGE,CHASIS NO-152022,ENGINE NO-1856474,BHP-75 DATE OF ISSUE-05-05-2012 VALID UP TO-04-06-2012.He provide me insurance cetificate of royal sundram whose policy no is -mop1308343 issue at 05.23.28pm on 05.05.2012.On the next day Mr Satish Dhiya called me demanded for
BANKERS CHQ.I gave the bankers chq no227647 dated 07-05-2012 of amt Rs 664856 on 07-05-2012 at 2pm at jagmohan motors sonepat .He said to me that i will finalise yours bill after 2hrs he came demanded Rs 80 of balance amt again ,i again paid to him in cash.I wait for fours hrs but he does not prove me bill.On the i requested him to change my address 479n ist floor indira vihar to oriental bank of commerce kundli as i am employ of the same i mail to Mr dahiya a cross latter head of oriental bank of commerce.On 09-05-2012 Mr Dahiya call me and agin demanded a sum of Rs 10000 and balckmail me if i will not paid this sum he will not give me bill of my dzire vdi and r/c book.I asked him what what is the matter he amiled me scan copy of danik jagran of 08-05-2012 in which it was written that an increase of Rs8000to Rs 12000 increase in all variants of maruti.His demand for money is increasing day by day he will not prove me any bill .when i take vachile on 05-05-2012 paid all amt why i pay extra.
