Dear All,

Salary was not paid for my wife by Phrixus consulting Vijay(prop) for the month of October\'09... My wife tried many times to reach them but they didn\'t respond to any of her calls... One fine day I tried to reach the office mobile from my personal number a lady who is the admin and in charge of Salary and other day-to-day activities responded badly and they are not ready to pay the salary...

Vijay Prop. Confirmed that he won’t pay the salary and spoke in a very bad manner...
He said if u want to take a legal action, go ahead and he is ready to face it...

Never seen such a fraud origination in my entire career, who gets the work out of employees but hesitates to pay the salary...
My wife was a fresher and that was the first company she worked for & didn\'t pay her first month salary... This is really ridicules and unacceptable!

Proof: we have the offer letter and the mail communication had for the period for which she worked in the organisation...

I want this company to locked/sealed/Sue with immediate effect because; nobody else should get affected because of their fraud nature in mind and in action...

Not only that he doesn\'t pay any of the employees in the office, when some one asks for their salary, Vijay heseates to speak and ask for the target...

One straight word \"He has to imprisoned\" for cheating the public...
Hope u can understand our situation and frustration... Pls take an action to stop this kind of cheating henceforth and to get back our hard worked money...

I really don't how to get started this email after reading Nagendrans fantastic screenplay.Nagendran i really do not know where exactly you are working at but i am suggesting you that you have very bright future in the TV serials.Yes in TV serials alone you can blabbar anything apart from the fact and that have to be accepted by the people. Like the same way you yourself have narrated a beautiful story by hiding all the facts.Let me introduce all those hidden facts one by one to you Mr. Director (TV Serial)

I know what is going in your mind, Who are you to write all these?

Please do not worry am not an actress or any other person in the media side having an idea of getting a chance in your TV serial because i am happy with the organization that i am working with. Yes Director i am glad to introduce myself that i am "NAME" an employee of "PHRIXUS Consulting" one of the growing consulting company in the city.

You (Director - TV Serial) have a complaint stating that your wife worked in the company and doesnt get paid for that??????

I agree that she needs to get paid provided if she worked for the organization!

For a long period I am working here and doesn?t have any issues related to salary the reason being simple I worked for the benefits of the company hence I got the monthly payout without any issues.

But your wife had also come to the office in the morning and left in the evening for 20 days without having done anything for the company.

In this competitive world even the FORBES top listed companies also have some targets/Cutoffs/deadlines for the employees. The big giants having billions of turnovers are not willing to give an employee the payout without the performance. How come a growing company can able to match up with the market?

Do you know performance score card of your wife during the tenure of the company?

Simply Guess, No one can Guess that because the scorecard of your wife awesome Zero. 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

An employer have all the right to question about the scorecard even to the top performing candidate if so why not to the ZERO PERFORMER that's your wife.

Do you want an employer to give the payout with double bonus for the Zero performance of your wife...............

I am challenging you no company in the world will give an employee the salary for the "ZERO PERFORMER". But here in this case My BOSS Mr.Vijay based on the humanitarian basis had willing to offer certain amount of money as salary but that was not being accepted by you as well as your ZERO PERFORMER.

Do you think an employer runs the company for the business or for charity?????

I am the in charge of working out the payout, Have you tell me when did i responded badly????

As you know FACE is the INDEX of your MIND,I haven't seen you yet but your writings states that how bad your Mind is???? Oh i cant say bad its really ugly.......

Only an ugly mind can say end number of lies...........Based on your volume of lies i am willing to offer a title to you Nagendran , that is none other than "NAVEENA HARICHANDRA".

You said this company needs to be locked..........You dont want to worry Nagendran if we have employees like your wife ZERO PERFORMER then obviously the company will get closed............

If you want to take the initiative to get your wish done then please send some more employees like your wife(ZERO PERFORMER).

If you have confidence in your wife's performance why didn't you come to our office directly instead of approaching the cops????

You havent come to our office but you went directly to the police station what happened???? Nothing, because they know the truth and the practical solution for that.

Atlast You lost everywhere by hiding the truths so you have decided to write a screenplay with end number of lies with enough number of twist and turns.........

Who are You Nagendran are you God or Manuneethi chozhan to give justice to others????

Try not to act smart by writing your wife ZERO PERFORMER have worked hard............

Nagendran can you please define the term "HARD WORK". I think in your slang hard work is nothing but "ZERO PERFORMANCE" correct me if i am wrong........

For the zero performance you are claiming a huge amount if so tell me who is the "CHEATER".........

I have learned a lot from my Boss in that one important thing is that we should not react harshly even to the enemies but you can react it to the cheaters........

Now tell me who is bad in responding if you have the soul then this don't want to be debated as you know obvious answer to that.......
