I was also a employee of Ismart Kolkata, they have not cleared our 20 days salary and PF. Actually after 30 days of leaving Ismart Kolkata office has shut down. So there is no contactibility. Can u give me any suggestion.

I was worked in Smartscribe, chennai for the past 6months. the last two months of salary they didnt pay to me...i am working from home based medical Transcription..no authroity to prove in papers..and more over they r telling everytime once the client released the amount i will pay for u..but more than 5 months over, still they didnt speak anything about this. This is to inform you that I am getting mental harassment & abusive language from I Smart Global Private limited, which is situated in Gurgoan sec 32.Approx 3months back I was working there as an Executive, Approx 5th months back the process os kotak life insurance You will get surprise to know that they has not given me my last month salary till today, For what I struggling since 5 month, when I 1st time asked about my salary they said to call after few day, then this time period has converted into few month, but now this time has not converted into year, they update me “GO TO HELL WHAT EVER YOU CAN DO, DO IT FOR YOUR SALARY BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE” Miss Neetu HR,Admin Ashutosh, Admin Head Mr. Grish Karnal, of this reputated company had no will to help me, she was feeling glad to make me fool, every time she provided me a new number of concerning person and said to discuss this salary issue with him, but every time number was going switch off continuously, Sir you will not believe that just 2 month back I was suffering from chicken pox & I was hospitalize at my home in Mohinder Garh (haryana), during that serious time got words from my Company related my salary “GO AND DIE WE DON’T BOTHER” related your problem. Sir I have lost my patience. I want compensate for this abusive language & mental harassment. Now tell me is there some who can help? Sir please help me You are only my Single Hope…………………….

I was working with Ismart with the client ABN in chennai.I have resigned from Ismart as the client Abn has asked me so. Its been 4 months now, I have still not recieved my payment. My last date was 2nd February 2010. I am entitled to a salary of Dec\'09,Jan \'10. But now the company HR in mumbai office is not responding.
