Hi, i am Thane Maharashtra, i read in Mumbai mirror regarding loan@3% PA. So i applied for the same. Mr. Srinivasan Gopal Rao called me and informed me that if i pay him 65k he will arrange a loan of 60 lacs. For which he issued me a cheque of the same 60 lacs which is still with me dated 15/08/2013. earlier he was soft spoken and did pretty well, slowly he kept taking money on regular intervals, some time 30000, sometime 50000 inr. The total amount went to 2.05 lacs and then i said that now its better to refund my money or i deposit his cheque of 60 lacs but he said he wants some time to refund and i gave him slowly he refunded but after 6 months now still 90,000 is balance with him and for which since last one month he is saying today and tomorrow but still not done.

Now he does not even answer his calls. He provides wrong information about his company SAIRAM MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT. He says he is running a charity and NGO in sairam media and entertainment.

He issued me a cheque of 1.25 lacs in november also which bounced and after that also he is not paying the amount. Then he said his mother in law is keeping jewels and he will pay. But that never happened. In december i said i m coming to bangalore so he paid 40000 that time and said by 31st december 2013 all amount will be cleared. but 31st on he switched off his cell then he said 6 Jan 2014, then 10 jan and after that everyday he is saying today and tomorrow
