Sai point hon - Sai point honda Worst service

I had very worst experience at sai point honda, Thane
I had given scooter for servicing in the morning on 8th July 2017.
While making my job card I had asked to do the things which are getting covered in AMC and Oil change.
After collecting my scooter, I noticed that even basic things were not done properly and scooter was making noise.

I called Mr. Lalit , manager at sai point honda to convey my issues and was expecting answer for noisy condition but he replied that some part might have broken down due to rust and ”no extra work was written.” on job card.

My expectation was if the part broke while servicing then why it was not informed.
As a customer I think “no extra work” means other work like carbon change etc… and all and not informing to customer if anything was broken.

He didn’t respond properly and handed over call to someone.

So I called up to Prasad thinking that he will resolve my issues but again I had worst experience as he cut my call.Later I called back and started explaining issues but he said you are educated enough to understand.
There was no relation between customer’s education and service provided.

He said that your called is getting recorded but I dint fear because I was not wrong anywhere and there was one lady on the same call which I wasn’t aware till the time speak.

In call we agreed to meet at 11 am at service center but later I got the call that he will busy so not sure by what that he will be at thane office.

Firstly they have given with vehicle without servicing and with damaged one.
They have damaged my vehicle and was asking to pay 50% insurance amount.

My mirror came in my hand post servicing vehicle was giving noise. Headlights were damaged and moving.
They added scratches on my vehicle at the top side. Managers were not having time to listen out and answer me for the worst serving provided by them.

Also i had take AMC i asked them to cancellation of policy because i don't want to damage my vehicle. They are not giving refund of the policy which has not yet started also.



Instead they should for it.
