I bought a nokia phone in sangeetha Stores and its 5months old now, on 2nd/Oct i was trying to replace the sim and i could not replace it as the
sim slot got stuck and then i took the phone to sangeetha and explained them the situation, intially the help desk had a check and ask me to take
the phone to the other guy,the store guy took a look at it and was checking for about 10min and while closing the pannel he broke the LCD by
closing the pannel on the wrong side and immediately the guy gave the phone back and started saying that i broke the phone and gave it him, this
was soo frustrating and untollerable, i lost patience and started yelling and told the store incharge that this guy broke the LCD and he is blaming
me, i tried explaining them soo much they were very rude and soo poor in language or communication, pathetic customer service, finally the
store incharge guy said wait outside untill my manager comes and go complaint (RUDE), hence i waited outside for 4hrs no one turned up, i went
in and asked for managers phone number and called him from a coin both since i dint have a phone,

tried calling him atleast 30time
approximately there was no response, its was already more than 6hrs i told the store guy i want the LCD replaced and i cannot wait since i dont
their service, the guy started fighting and said if there is no CC camera i will trash you here, hence i was disappointed and left my phone there
and went home around 7 o clock, after 9hrs of hard struggle, i could not go to work that day and it was a LOSS OF PAY, i tried calling the manager
(ANTHONY: ********43)the next day and i explained him the situation he said i will check and call you, he called back in 10min and said that i
only broke the LCD, i told the manager that there was a CC camera rite above the stor guy who checked my phone and requested him to check
that, manager refused and asked me to wait untill he checks and call back, again i called him around 20times no response, he picked up the call
later and said he is in police station with his personal problems and asked me to call later,

i called him in the evening around 6 o clock and the
manager started yellingat me in tamil saying DONT U HAVE SENSE, WHY THE **** R U CALLING ME SOO MANY TIMES, i was soo anoid and i told
him to keep his personal problems aside as its too long now am waiting and asked him to replace the LCD, he refused again and asked me to call
later and hung up, again i waited and called him at 9 o clock and he said he is still in police station and canot come to the store, i cried and
explained him the situation saying i cannot afford to buy a smart phone again and requested him to replace the LCD, he was soo rude and arrogant
and it was such a werst customer service, i waited outside the store untill the last minute and the store guys were laughing and said take a bed
and sleep here you can talk to manager tomorrow morning,

i left home and came in the morning and told the manager that i need my phone as i
did not go to work for 3 days because of this incident and it was loss of pay and i also told them am not feeling well and i requested them and
begged pleaded and no one in the store wanted to help and it was just a slap on my face, i just took my phone back and went to NOKIA store and
explained them the situation and they too directly said AM SORRY SIR IT WILL COST YOU 6000rs to replace the LCD, i dint get no help from any
one i just kept the phone with me and soo depressed and disappointed, i dont know how it is for others but for me i bought this with lot of hard
struggle through my fathers friends Credit card on EMI for 16k, its means a lot for me and i was also on leave for 3days waiting for the phone
since i work in night shift, SIR/MAAM kindly help he here and take neccessary Action as it is a immense loss for me, its a humble request.
