I had transported my goods from Pune to Bangalore on 4th August 2010. we had clearly told them prior to deal that goods should only be delivered on weekends. Now they have kept my goods in Yeswantpur but they are not ready to deliver goods to my home at all. They will send my goods only by taking some extra thousand rupees now. I had already given them money for door to door delivery. Even after calling them repeatedly, they are not paying any attention to it.

I have transported my stuff using Safetimes movers and packers and had paid Rs 3000 for insurance from oriental insurance company. They never provided the insurance receipt and have given the consignment in much damaged condition after many calls. I am preparing to lodge a complaint against them.

My consignment No is 11035, dated 14/10/2010. Full truck booked from Thane to Udupi. Promise given was the same truck from which goods were loaded are being delivered. Its wrong, the truck in which my goods was recieved were having 12 big wooden crates machinary parts to be delivered to Cohin. The goods recieved by me was damaged and a new Gas Geyser costing Rs 4500/- was missing. One can not check what has been delivered at the time of reciept. I have made atleast 25 calls and till date no reply. I request the transporters to refund some money as it is being part load or trace and give back the Gas Geyser. I have taken pic of the truck showing the wooden crates. Kindly arrange to refund or trace the Geyser. Reagrds, R M Nayak Cell no 0********33
