silver motors - Rude Behaviour with the customers

On Oct 1st 2013 i had given my honda activa for service at sharp 10'o clock and they assured me to complete the service by 3pm. But i dint receive any call from the service centre even after 5pm. So i went directly to the service centre there they made me to wait for another 1 hr. so i got angry and asked what this delay is due to. The serivce staff started behaving rudely and said if u want serivce to be get done u've to wait even for another two days u've no other way, its our wish, if u want u wait otherwise u can leave we'll inform u later.

Being such a reputed company, its very disgusting that staff behaving so rudely with the customers.

This is regarding free service, I have a book of annual maintenance book for service, at the time of giving my two wheeler for service , I had cleared said I want free service, but at they billed me Rs300 for Greece, you people are making fool, I have phone recording of your person talking to me, where the way he is talking, how you people are making fool I want my money back or else I will go to consumer Court
