I have my PPF Account with Post Office Of Kachguda Branch. My account was started in 1999. My presenr balance is Rs. 57891/- as on 31st March 2011. I have drawn Rs. 20,000/- in the year 2007 as per the allowed limit.

When i visited today for withdrawl of Rs. 20,000/- the concerned in charge Ms.Jayanti has simply rejected my withdrawl form saying that i am not eligible. When i made her to talk to my agent ,she rejcted the call with harsh language and with no respect and she was also talking to me in a rude manner .

I just want to know that whether i am really eligible or not. Kindly appraise me. If i am eligible why she has rejected and you need to take severe actin for the mis behaviour wtith the customer.

Sir i am going abroad for 6 months and i need funds for my trip.
Kindly me in resolving the issue.
