Bajaj Auto Dealer - Rude Behaviour of the Manager & Staff

Dear Sir/Madam,

Here is to inform you that,I Mr.Rajendra Singh of IIT Campus,Kharagpur,West Bengal went to Amit Motors,Inda,Kharagpur (Authorised Dealer of Bajaj Motorbikes) to purchase a bike in exchange offer on 13th March 2011.

The amount for my old bike was negotiated with the manager & it has been deducted from the actual price of the new bike ( Bajaj Discover 100).

The cashier already collected the amount & gave me the receipt.But suddenly the manager of Amit Motors was refused to give the bike because they want to revalue the old bike price lower than the negotiated price which was fixed earlier.

In this context he shows his rude behaviour which was untolerable.Forcefully he returned our paid money & refused to exchange the old bike with the new as well as sell the new bike.

Therefore Sir,I request you to please take appropriate action against Amit Motor's,Inda,Kharagpur,W.B.
