Punjab Roadways just cannot get its acts right. The staff of Punjab Roadways is so rude that it keeps on yelling at helpless passengers. Here is a small incident.
I daily commute from Ambala Cantt to Pipli and almost every bus stops at Pipli as it is an important bus stop connecting Kurukshetra, Karnal, Yamunanagar and Ambala. By sheer misfortune, I boarded Punjab Roadways bus no. PB05N 5183 at around 2.35 in the afternoon.
The conductor at hearing the name of Pipli got infuriated and became almost abusive. He refused to issue tickets and threatened to unboard us at about 1 km from Ambala. It was only when 2 or 3 fellow passengers intervened that he relented.
The behaviour of the conductor was highly unprofessional and I lodge a strong complaint against the conductor. He should be taught the lessons of service etiquettes. I should also be informed of the action taken against him.
