During my regular purchase of medicine as per your tax invoice no.20141502036034800 dt 08.01.2015 (my id 21517895) i have purchased LOSAR H TAB one of the item in the list. Company was giving regular discount in my every purchase. But IN THIS INVOICE rate in the tablet sheet was Rs. 109/- per sheet but billing done Rs.216/- for 2 sheet ie without discount.

To day on cross checking the bill and tablet sheet i came to know that discount was not given to me. On verification by your staff (tall man) in your v v puram medical shop, he said he is in charge of the v v puram shop, asked me to bring the TABLET sheet from my house which I took one day before. Even after my convincing him about the table sheet which he was holding in his hand showed same rate of Rs.109/-, he started behaving rude way and informed me to bring the sheet from my place if i want discount.

Please note MEDPLUS I am not behind your discount in the shop but sorry to say that after having long relationship with your medical shop at v v puram, Bangalore rude behaviour of your manager in front of other customer hurt me. I have other medical shop to buy medicine and in the same way you too have other customer for you.

THIS COMPLAINT IS FOR YOUR STAFF (MANAGER) RUDE NATURE which may cost you heavily one day
