Requested for a quote on 10 Sept 2013 via kumar_navin@yahoo.com for wedding invitation cards
Sent a follow-up mail on 11 Sept
Called on 12 Sept and enquired about quote. I was told that quote was under preparation
On 13 Sept, got response that design is not available. Immediately, replied and requested quote for a different design
Called again on 14 Sept. I was told that quote will be sent within 1 hour
No response, called again on 15 Sept. Was told that to send a new request
New request was sent via navinkuma.kumar.gmail on Sept 16
Called on Sept 17 and was told that response will be sent in 30 minutes
Called again on Sept 18 and no positive response
Called on Sept 19 and was gives rudest response that Universalwedding is very busy as they receive 50 mail everyday. I can
get quote from some other supplier

I am very much annoyed and stressed and would like to compliant against their unprofessional and rude behaviour
