I am Mayur moyara from Surat Gujarat. I am serving in Indian Army designated as captain. Today I have visited the mediplus shop near my house at Adajan Surat. I have purchased a back ache belt worth rs 474 and have asked for change I was given 25 rs change and one honey drop chocolate in return of 500 rs . In that case I asked for another 5 rupee note as it was in a very bad condition the employee named Mr Ankush started misbehaving with me he told me I can't give u any other note if u dnt want I will give u 5 chocolates more. When I told him that he can't do this to me.He started misbehaving more and told me do whatever you can do I can't help u with this note. Nobody has ever misbehaved with me like this I have taken this issue very seriously and I am soon going to give this issue in newspapers and I will also register a complain in consumer court against the attitude that Mr Ankush has shown me. I want some action to be taken against Surat mediplus Adajan branch regarding this issue especially against Mr Ankush. This is a very serious issue he can't misbehave with me like this.pls dnt take this issue on a lighter mode.

My complaint vide ticket No.596874 regarding the payment and non-delivery of items from Mediplus, Global City branch, Bangalore is still pending from 17/02/2023 even after 5 days lapsed. Requesting for an early settlement without further delay.
