I wanted driving license at my home state, that's why i applied in Kasargod through some dealers, for example like xyz driving school. Where I stay at Manjeshwar. Here at Kasargod, the authorities are not allowing me to appear LLR exam only..(Completed 18 Years) What can I do? I know to drive my car properly in right manner.I have learned Please help me out. Its really feeling heck. How to solve out this. Last month i had been to apply for license, and when approached the authorities they are not attending and they are not at all giving me the chance to appear exam, ie; the LLR exam. I have small difficult in walking but I am driving my car as a normal person. They were not allowing me to attend exam.

When a person can drive vehicle as usual, as per the rules and regulations, just by considering a small problem in walking how can they reject the application, its really a ridiculous. I felt very bad that as i have eligibility to obtain the driving license still they were not allowing its really an insult to people like me. Couldn't find where to complaint about this, so what am I supposed to do for this breach ?
