Purchased Whirlpool Fridge Model- NEO IC 255 ROY 3S IMPERIA BLACK(N) 2002********6692 Make-20********5077 on 24.05.2015 from above stores vide Invoice No. 5424/1516/01726. Same day two numbers delivery men came along with the fridge in a four whiller bur refused to step into my two storied building unless and until I pay them Rs. 200 extra. I am single , aged 71 and an I.A.A.S. Officer ( Retd. ) this appeared quite humiliating and instantly I refused to oblige. They threatened me of dare consequences including non delivery of the goods. At last i gave in and paid them Rs. 100. Most reluctantly they took but even then not agreed to open the outer wrapper and switch on the fridge. This is unwanted ,rather,uncalled for and , at the same time, unfortunate too. They should be guided properly how to behave with the honourable customers.I want proper remedy and a feed back so that things of like nature need not recur in future. Thanks.

I was wondering from the above comment from Whirlpool. The Email ID Provided in the comment is a Gmail Id. Dont Whirlpool have a seperate Domain ID for them instead of using a gmail ID. Lot of Micro Sector Companies Owe them?
