Roam 1 mobile - Roam1 barely connects

I chose Roam1Mobile thinking i would be connected through my travels across Malaysia!! What a bubble burst experience it was. Seemed like the sim card was some discarded piece of metal that refused to register any signal and if by any chance it did, it would barely connect calls. !! A total waste of money and effort.
