Hi Team,
I had ordered a Handset(Blackberry 8830) worth 6000/- online on 15th Jan'11, where to my fate it was delivered on 22nd Feb'11 after several complaints.
After I opened the box I see that the convenience key is missing from the handset. I tried charging the cell, but after that it wont last for more than 4-6 hrs. It has scratches on the handset. Overall I feel that its a refurbished handset. When I contacted Ritco they informed me saying that they will take care and someone will call me back, to my luck again no one ever responded. please help me with refund or replace this handset with a new one. This is completely cheating Customers and I am one of their dissatisfied Customers again

I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER OF RITCO TECH. I PURCHASED WE 8830 AS WELL AND LIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. INSPITE OF THE HEAD CALLING ME & PROMISING ME A REPLACEMENT, THEY HAVE STILL SENT ME BACK THE SAME OLD HANDSET.
EITHER THESE PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY LANGUAGE OR PROBABLY IT MIGHT BE A FRAUD COMPANY WHERE THESE PEOPLE CHEAT CUSTOMERS SAYING THAT ITS A NEW HANDSET.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE HANDSET IN A GOOD CONDITION, NEITHER HAVE THEY PROVIDED THE ACCESSORIES COMPLETELY AND I FEEL THAT RITCO IS MAKING FOOL OUT OF ME.
THESE PEOPLE HAVE ALSO NEITHER CONTACTED ME ASKING ME ANYTHING.
IN SHORT I AM WASTING RS.6000/- FOR A USELESS HANDSET AND HAD TO PAY THE COURIER CHARGES AS WELL. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. PLEASE HELP.
