SHARAN - RIDICULOUS SERVICES AT SAMSUNG

i bought an air conditioner on 27th august 2010 and the installation was done after almost 25 days on 20th of sep, 2010, the engineer who came was not having overhead stand at the time of installation, so he asked to come back next day and took rs. 500/- to get the over head stand and since then he never returned back and stopped recieving calls. on complaining to the customer service centre in indore , the girls named AMITA and RITIKA behaved as if we owe something to them and bang down the call everytime we called. since last 2 months i have been complaining guys here and the manager SANJAY JAIN and owner Mr.BAJPAI has never responded to the complain, my last complaint no was ********79 which is registered with samsung india . the executives in indore deny to have any complaint no like this and company excepts the complaint no...feel ashamed of puchasing a samsung product. the a/c makes a lot of humming sound and the engineers who came to see the complaint keeps a brick on it and says "itna to chalta hai sir".. i have just one word for samsung services. in past 2 month i have called samsung people atleast 50 times and position is still the same...
