Request you, That I recharge a mobile no. ********12 on 22-7-13 with Rs 515.& I received massage conformation from co. is RC SUCCESS CUST. ********12 .Amt. 515.00 on 22-7-13 at 01.50PM With TxId********7.
But Cust. Complaint me that I recived nothing benefit( for exp. Talk-time,Validity, ISD mints ,airtel to airtel minutes ,Tariff..etc.) for Rs. 515.I socked……
Then I call my help no. 12144 to conform what’s Cust. Get benefits of Rs.515. a Madam attend my call she tell me that nothing for Rs. 515 no amount of Rs.515 Deducted from my Retailer ID ********04 because Airtel co. have no Denomination of Rs.515
But when I check my a/c bal. Rs.515 deducted from my balance. Then I call back to my help no. 12144 for deduction Rs.515.then a Sir attend my call & I tell him that I make a complaint for refund my RS 515 with complaint no . ERC 7615936
Then he Tell me that Cust. Didn,;t get any benefit because co. have no Denomination of Rs. 515 .so I forwad you cmplaint to our Tech. Department to Revers Your RS 515 to Your Retailar ID********04.& he give me Complainte no. 30********900 on 24-07-13 at 10:59
But yet Till now I got nothing from co. When I call my distributor (Mr.Satish kumar Singla)mobile no.********26 then he said me that you forget you Rs.515 because airtel co. coud not back your rs515 & you woud not take any action on company.
After that I call airtel officer Mr.Rahhav Bhalla mobile no.0********50 he also give me same roughly reply as my distributor.
At last I decide to visit to you. With hope I request you. Please refund my Rs.515 from airtell co. & you take action on Distributor,officer and airtell company as you decide. I have all call records of 12144 dealer help no. Please help me.
