I am regular customer of BIg Bazar Sewa Grand Mall Mathura Road Faridabad from last five years.
Yesterday , I was visited for shopping and purchased for the needful things.
Card reading machines was not working for the no. of customers, and the concern service counter boy is repeating the bill hold activity for all the valuable customers including me.
He has also hold my bill and not supporting in any manners,
i have requested for the manager contact no., he has not provided and local boys and staffs are in abusing conditions in front of my family members.
I was getting shocked to listen these words and feeling shame on such responses.
it is kindly requested to please check and do servilience audit for such condition because it will harmful for BIz Bazar Brand.
Please improve service in terms of installed machines, computers.
Please improve and add no. of staffs specially in weekend days.
I have earlier also put the feedback form hard copy in Dec'15 with such incident again this was repeated on Mar'16.
Once again kindly requested to you improve your services.
