Dear Sir,

With due regards, this is to inform that the person of reservation counter in Mainpuri UP Northern Zone is too illiterate about reservation of tickets & handle of computer. i.e. last time i go to for reservation on 18th June 2012 but ticket prepared on present date 05th June 2012, this type of habit is common in your authorized railway reservation person, when i get status of availability, his tell me how to know status (i don’t know), also that his could not count Rupees properly of real time too may time taken for counting.

He reserved a ticket for a time of 20 Minutes.

Very badly experience about 5-6 years and bear it full of MAINPURI DISTRICT.
