Hi,
I have lounch complain in dell on dated 15 oct 2010 for the issue of over heating & laptop service tag number is jwxv5s. I am continue co-odinate with dell customercare & they are continue telling me part is not available & it will take aproaxmetely 15 days, today they told me part is not available in india so it will be take aproaxmetely nov end 2010.
So please look into mater & take any immidate action.
