REQUESTING TO RE INVESTIGATION IN MY CASE

I ADAPAKA SURIBABU, s/o Somulu (late) aged 42 years, belonging Scheduled caste i.e. HINDU HARIJANA MALA, living at Velduru village, Poosapatirega Mandal, Vizianagaram District, and Andhra Pradesh- 535213.
I married Potnuri Nalini d/o. Potnuri Sanyasi rao (late), Near AKMP High school, Mangayyammarao peta, Pithapuram, East godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. The marriage done on 12 DEC.2010 with our both family’s acceptance and Hindu marriage style. I studied Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and doing as Mechanical engineer in private sectors, while she had studied B.E Mechanical and M.Tech Computer science. Before marriage, she told me that “She is Christian, she will be taken / follow Hindu religion if we get marriage.”
After marriage within a week, we (I and my wife) had shifted into rented house nearer to my duty at Kadiam village, East Godavari District. We both lived happily and she used to treat me with love and affection. She became dominated and started harassment within a month like don’t call your parents, don’t meet your family members, don’t look their needs and all.



She ordered me to left total my family members like Father, mother, brother and sisters. In that time my whole family members were depended on me. I and my wife never spend with my family together at least completely 24 hours or single day after my marriage. How can I leave my father, mother and all? And also she forced me to take Christian faith, but I opposed her requests. By these reasons, she begins to quarrel on silly things. She never used to accompany me to any Hindu temple or participate in any Hindu religious festivals.
She used to through “Prasadams” brought me after attending Hindu temple and never used to touch it. She became pregnant and went to her parents’ house which is in Pithapuram, East Godavari District.
Then I was regularly visiting my wife parent’s house for her health care, medical checkups and financial support. My wife gave birth to a female child on 10 Nov.2011 named “Lekha Priya”. On that memorable and the happiest day, I registered a Small Scale Industry as ADAPAKA ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES in District Industrial Centre, Vizianagaram Andhra Pradesh.
On 23rd JAN 2012, My wife Nalini sold my two and half months aged baby to another one which is in Hyderabad and she filed a Kidnap case complaint against me at Pithapuram Town police station (FIR NO : 17/2012, Date 23rd JAN 2012) ,East Godavari District. Then police called me by telephone and enquired regarding my baby’s kidnap. I became get in depression. The police caught my baby within 24 hours by special care with SP sir Mr.Trivikra Varmra and immediately arrested the four kidnapers including my wife with press conference in the presence of DSP madam Saisri Madam.
After then, within couple of weeks I called my wife and her family members to live together my wife and husband. My wife and her family members rejected my request.



Then I became single and get sad and lonely at my home town. After some months later I filed a Divorce Petition HMOP NO: at Vizianagaram District court. That is going on, I attended in all court herein days whereas She attended only one time, Again she filed a Maintenance Petition upon me in Pithapuram sessions court. I regularly attend for that maintenance case also for three years. Due to this torture I became mad, I have no income source to live, I begged money from brothers, relatives, friends to living. Finally they have also thrown out.
And during the cases were going on courts, I got a phone call from unknown person, Initially he told me to live with Nalini, then I explained to him all about Nalini’s nature. Then unknown person warned me, if you live with Nalini no problem to you otherwise I will put any case upon you and send to you jail, I will close the kidnap case, she will be became free and you are in trouble. If you agree to live with Nalini then ok, otherwise I will spoil your life, you don’t know about my Position, power, influence, etc...
My father was expired by watching all my problems and troubles. Due to these issues my family relationships also spoiled with each other in my family. And became I hope less. One day I tried to see my baby nearer my wife parent’s house, they attacked me. I am very hearted and hearted. Till now I didn’t see my baby due to these circumstances. Why should I live? Again I became fed up. Till now I afraid from that Nalini’s and their family criminal thoughts.
The kidnap case closed with no guilty, The maintenance case also had decreed to give Rs. 5000/-(in words five thousand rupees only) per month from date of petition i.e around nearly Rs. 2,00,000/-(in words two lacks rupees only). I have no money to pay, no energy to live, as well as no job. The court put me into jail up to one month in Rajahmundry Centre jail.



After coming out of jail, my thoughts were going to suicide, but it is very wrong thing as per ours INDIAN LAW and also I remembered about my baby, my father, my mom and my world. One my best friend suggested me to go long away from your village, parents, and relatives for peace of mind. Now I am out of Andhra Pradesh.
Till now , I am not concentrated on my job to live , I have no money, I don’t know what I want to do?. I am in depression, I am getting week in both physically and mentally. I need to see and spend with my baby, my mom, relatives, and all.
Above these circumstances, why should I live? I request you “Please give an order to HANG ME
She did mistake, she is happy, I went jail, I got punishment, I am getting struggle, my aims are destroyed, and finally my life was spoiled. In my case, Our INDIAN courts / laws working with Influence, power and money, not on realties. Like me there are suffering more common people. As per my experience and opinion, I prey to you and Indian government please implement “The family cases / issues should be settle within 6 months or one year”. This better for both men and women.
As per that unknown phone call words, likewise my life is going on as described as above. Then my thoughts are going to suicide, but it’s wrong and never done by me. Now I am not interested with live Nalini. But I need my daughter.
Finally I have only one hope, as per the paper statements, FIR No 17/2012 dated23 Jan2012, Mediator reports , Charge sheet Part I, CC NO : 72/2012 in Pithapuram court, Says A1 is Chituralla Swarnalakshmi instead of Nalini, A3 is Nalini instead of Chituralla Swarnalakshmi. I have doubted in that total investigation and decree. I didn’t done mistake, the whole mistake was my wife’s mistake.


I have no money to appeal the next court as well as energy due to mentally struggle. I think that unknown phone call words from one of Senior Civil Judge Sir. Till now I am not sure the honorable court given the decree is not in my favor. As per press conference in the presence of DSP madam, Saisri Madam at Pithapuram police station dated 24th JAN 2012, newspapers and mediator’s statements are saying Nalini’s mistake not my mistake. Why should I have gone Jail for one month? Why should I felt struggles instead of somebody’s mistake? These will die with my death. Everybody should die one day, I also die in one day. In this android age, life span is too short to live. Why should I get struggle in this short period?
