I Have requested gift and flower INR 1299/- (Order Track ID : B1O3bY - dated 14th June 2013 ) to be delivered at my friend place, but they have not delivered, when contacted they are not responding properly, when asking for refund through email no reply, on phone they dont talk and just keep the phone. i have disputed with bank even they are finding difficult to get refund from them saying they have delivered , if they have delivered they should give proof of delivery.
