Dear Sir/Madam,

I Amresh Kumar was worked with Jaihind Projects Limited, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015, as a Construction Manager for different company projects in Saudi Arabia & Meerut, UP. I resigned this company and released on 31st July, 2012 after serving 1 month notice period as per the HR policy.

They released my released note, but from that day to till date I requesting him to settle my financial account and release my salary for the month of July. But they are not paying my salary even they are not bothered to reply my mail correspondence.

Also after several request mails correspondence, they have not issued ‘Form-16’ for the current financial year (2011-2012) to file my ITR. But the same case here also, they have not issued FORM-16 till date. That’s why this financial year I could not file my ITR.

Now, I would like to request you that please intervene my case with company and take strong appropriate action against company.
