My name is Vinay Kapoor, resident of Old Delhi (972, Ist.Floor, Chotta Chippiwara, Chawri Bazar, Delhi-110006). I purchased Activa 3G, Black colour, from
Darya Ganj -SMOOTH HONDA on 23.07.2015 - Invoice no- 15rNo2140,
Amt.-Rs.53,912. with RTGS done from my account.
My complaint is for the problem its creating since 3 days, ie;, everytime ist stops down while riding.Its just 10 Days i bought it and its creating problem. The technician also visited on 04.08.2015 at 1:15 PM and he started the Activa. Later on while going back home it suddenly stood up on the road and got over. I just overcomed a massive accident in the middle of the road.
Then i tried callind at the showroom but nobody responded.
Its 3 Days now i am asking them to replace the Product or give my money back.
But they are refusing to do so .Therefor, today(05.08.2015) i left my Activa there in Non-Starting condition in morning 11:00 AM, Till now any of them haven't called and resolved any of the issues. The manager there Mr. Suhail (********92) refused to replace the Activa and not replied yet.I can't take this life threat risk anymore.
Its my my kind request to you to replace my Activa or refund the amount to me.
