I purchased this phone on 02 /09/17 but since it's touchpad was faulty, I submitted it in the above Centre on 04/09/17. I was told that the piece will be replaced with expected delivery time as 09/09/17 mentioned on jobsheet.
I enquired today and I have been told that I will get it before 22/09/17, that is more 10 days
I am absolutely disappointed with such service by Apple.
They have offered me temporary replacement with I phone 6., which I don't want as this phone I had gifted my cousin whose previous phones troubling him and he will be out of India for a whole month from 16/9/17
Who is responsible for the embarrassment I am facing in front of him?
I am just asking to please hand me over the new phone before 15 so that I can gift it to him or else it's a waste after that.
Apple is making me repent my decision to buy I phone..please resolve it at the earliest
