Reliance Retail Limited - Reliance not willing to do service to my faulty TV even with valid RESQ plan

My LG 32 inch TV LG-LED-32LB4530A was purchased from Reliance Digital on 13th Jun 2015.
Reliance RESQ plan was taken with extended warranty of 2 years by payment of INR 3667.

Complaint no.: ********6 was generated with RESQ team on 18th October 2018 since my TV did not show any display (blue screen) however the audio was working fine.
Please find attach the RESQ plan and invoice details based on which i raised the complaint.

I am now being told that the RESQ plan has expired but my booklet copy says its valid till 13th June 2019.
I have spoken to Lingaraju,Field Manager Harish etc numerous times and have been waiting for a response on email confirming RESQ plan has expired or not.I have not got any updates and neither has anybody from Reliance RESQ has come to check the status of tv.

I regret having purchased from a Reliance store and taking a Reliance RESQ plan as i have only wasted my time and money.I will put this up on social media so that future consumers are not fooled by this trap.
