Reliance Brodband service - Reliance Broadband Excessive billing and other issues..

I am reliance customer from last 7 months. I am using reliance broadband service. My Subscriber Number is ********24. I Opt for 3GB Day & 10GB night plan. I am paying 936.36 Rs. from last 7 months. (1049 –200(discount) + tax service) I have gone through lots of trouble from last three weeks for the broadband service. I have listed them out.

1.My E-bill reach to me always on due date or after due. Because of that I paid (50Rs) three times late charge. I was unable to see the bill at ‘My services’ portal because I am not remembering the password. And I was not able to recover password because I forgot the answer for the secrete question asked during the password recall. So I had requested two times for password recall in first week of May 2011.but I did not get any reply. So third time I sent mail on DT. 11May 2011 and I have given my email id and mobile number from my own email ID. my mail id was updated wrongly in response mail.In spite of sending mail from my own ID. How can someone do this mistake?
2. I am not receiving my weekly usage report regularly. In April-May months, I received only two times out of four. When I asked about that to your executive then they told me it’s because of system problem at our end. When I sent mail on 11May 2011, I have added special note demanding for Weekly usage report for April-May month. In response mail it has been told me that appropriate action will be taken,No action taken against that till date ? Was it written just like that?
3.For current month, I got the bill for 5103.37Rs.I got the itemized bill on demad.In that it was shown that my usage is huge for this month. I have exceeded my limit of 3GB Day and 10GB night. If you see my previous history (past 7 months) I never crosses defined limit of 3GB/10GB. The Weeks in which my usage was increased, for that week no weekly usage report has been send? Why? If that was because of system problem then there may be problem in generating my bill also?
4.From the 16th May 2011 my net connection is disconnected. Because I have cross my credit limit. But two days back I got mail declaring that during period 21May to 27 May, I have usage of 10.32 MB. How?

The bill amount 5103.37Rs is not at all acceptable to me. Please help me out in this
