I have ordered(#100009353) a blackberry storm mobile worth rs.9999/- On 9th july 2011(requested date).
After many conversation with bigada customer care executives(around 10 times) and the aramex courier service I got the mobile delivered on 30th july 2011(delivery date).
Bigada promised me to deliver the product before 10 days. But it has been almost 22 days when I received the product.
But the product I received is damaged. The display is broken and shaking. Touch is not at all sensitive. So, immediately I called the customer care and expressed my extreme frustation and explained them about it. They promised me that they would give a replacement after inspecting the product. I was waiting for that, but today(9th aug 2011, after 10 days) they called me and said that they are forwarding the product damage request to the concerned department now only after informing them before 10 days .
I am a regular customer for snap deal and ebay. I am highly satisfied with their service. I have not faced a single problem so far. I have not even called their CC numbers.
This is the first time I am trying bigada. I am highly disappointed.
I need the refund of that !!!!!!!!!!!
