I have been using Reliance CDMA Mobile Number ********00 for last more than 5 years. I applied for mobile number portability and applied to BSNL with desired documents on 24th March 2011. It is 14th April 2011. Still my number has not been ported. I contacted many a times Reliance Customer Care and Reliance Web World where I applied for MNP, but they could not give me any satisfactory reply. Then I contacted BSNL customer care. They said that the number was in process for portability till 26h April 2011 and after that what happend they do not know, perhaps the number has not been cleared by Reliance for portability. They suggested that I contact BSNL for exact reason for not porting my number.
My porting request number is RT-267973. If possible, please look into the matter and resolve my problem.
