This mail regarding your way of giving services,repair accident vehicles, delay in service and to make fool customers by giving them old parts instead of new part and take payment of new.

As i have given my bike to you on Sunday 21th march 2015 and i have submitted my all necessary documents at that spot and requested Siddharth and Dhiraj guys are working at your service centre Repair it ASAP , also did vehicle inspection day after it and maintained good follow up with these guys because i want my bike ASAP as i regularly use my bike for office as a transport.

But Siddharth and Dhiraj have not done their work on time. They told me on 21st march it will take 10 to 12 days but they extended it to more 45 days on call they talk arrogantly.My bike still not repaired fully LIGHT BRACKET AND SOME FABRIC SCREWS are remaining.

In this repairing they use second hand parts and told my brother that it is new.


I hope my mail will get good action and my remaining bike parts come ASAP and i go with my bike nicely repaired as well as well serviced by you . Now tell me what should i do ??
