Ref: Regarding unauthorized encroachment on Gatar (Naalee) under Street No.10, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.

Sir,

I am a resident of F-9, Street No.10, Rajapuri, (Opp. Dwarka Sector 03& 04), Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. I would like bring to your kind knowledge that the owner of house just opposite of my house is a person of abnormal behaviour. He has encroached unathorisely the gatar (naalee) in front side of his house. In case of any damages caused to his encroachment by what ever means, he putting blame on us and bring some bad elements to abuse passing on us. Since he is a powerful person, he used to threaten us about filing a criminal case against us, put us in Jail and to destroy our future carrier. We are thus afraid about unforeseen consequences which may happen.

It is therefore requested that the necessary action in this regards may kindly be taken to save us from unforeseen incident. We would be grateful to you for such kindness.

You are once again requested to act urgently as the situation may go out of control & result in such unforeseen situation.
