This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a resident of krishna park area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized & illegal construction of additional two floors , without passing the M.C.D. map , on WZ-45, Krishna Park ,Gali No. 6 & 7, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110018 beyound the legal limit, as per government rules of construction , The owner has bad intentions to enjoy the rent and other profits by increasing the number of floors.
This particular construction has increased the chances of dangerous accident (like collapse of houses,etc...)
We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears.
And there regular answer is '' this falls under MCD jurisdiction and we have no say on this'' and this has left us with no option other than to become a mere spectators and to watch this illegal construction going on.
This types of activities are giving arise to peoples to violating the law and putting the life of local residents in danger.
The constructor has enjoying a gunda identity in the colony.
For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you.
I strongly request you to please take the needful legal actions against this complaint, at your earliest.
Your action will help us to mitigate the miseries , we are facing on the daily basis.
