LLoydssolutions Pvt Ltd - Regarding the Provident Fund Submission

Dear Sir,

This is to bring under your notice that I was working as a "Business Development Executive"with Loydssolutions.I resigned from that company after serving the legitimate notice.After that the company was to submit my Provident Fund Application Form to P.F office Bangalore.I requested Mr.Sebi Thomas,the director of Lloydssolutions that,I will provide my new bank account information as well as new check leaf for the P.F request submission.Because my old salary account(Axis Bank) of Lloydssolutions will be closed & now it is already having minus balance in my account,because now I am not an employee of this organization.So kindly submit my P.F application after submitting the new check leaf.So on 31st August,2011 I went Lloydssolutions (Bangalore)office to give the new check leaf.I submitted new form as well as new check leaf.In spite of submitting fresh P.F Application & new check leaf to Lloydssolution,the company Director Mr.Sebi Thomas submitted my old account's(Axis Bank)check which is already running is minus balance.So when my P.F will get deposited in my Axis Bank account automatically some amount will be deducted.So in spite of my repeated request Mr.Sebi Thomas has given my old accounts details to P.F office.So I request you to help me & do needful to this matter.
