Eros hyundai nagpur - regarding santro car AC system not working properly

sir,
i have purchased santro car on 25/12/2009.
it is still under warranty.
from the date of delivery i am complaining about the AC of the car as it is not working properly (no proper cooling and ventilation).
the vehicle was already shown to dealer (EROS MOTORS, NAGPUR)and underwent for first two free servicing.
the problem was not taken care off.
the warranty of car is near to lapse.
neither proper response was given by the dealer till date nor the service in this regard.
i am planning to approach consumer court if my problem is not taken care of within the warranty period.
i have alreday gone through bad experiences from dealer end since long and not in position to carry it further.


my vehicle no. is MH-31 CS 9979
model is SANTRO


i request you to look into the matter and sort out the issues.
the dealer is not in position to provide proper service to customers of all sorts as seen by me personally many times while in dealer's place.
