I requested for new Vodafone sim card no calling on 111 to vodafone center. My request and details were forwarded to systematic knowledge services, andheri east,

I received a call from systematic knowledge services pvt ltd Andheri. Miss Rubina for that new no and they provide me a Vodafone no (********44) against this I submitted all my documents to the representative of systematic knowledge services pvt ltd Mr. Lokhande who visited at my place and collected all the documents and a cheque of rs 300/- (Cheque no 564458 from Panjab and Maharashtra co-op Bank Ltd)from me on 18th of June 2014. And told me that the card will activated within two working days. And on the very next day I got a call form systematic knowledge services pvt ltd that the Vodafone no which I selected is invalided (********44). The sim no is transfer to some one else. As they requested that take a new no I agreed but they failed to provided the new no for me.

So I requested them to returned back my all the documents and cheque of rs 300/- (Cheque no 564458 from PMC Bank) which I give for that new connection.

And now the cheque of rs 300/- (Cheque no 564458 from PMC Bank) is presented in my bank a/c and credited the amount. And I didn’t received any new Vodafone mobile no.

Since 21st of June 2014 I have been talking to number of executives from vodafone helpline, they told me till Monday that is 23rd of June 2014 they are going solve this problem but till Thursday that is on 24th of june 2014 which is been not able to solved nor any help yet.

I need to know if these vodafone stores are not capable of getting their work done or serve to people in right way , why they are associated with company?? do vodafone has any control over them and check if they are serving people in a right manner? isn't it ridiculous if a person waiting for new Vodafone connection activation since almost 7days?? is that vodafone stands for??

Miss Rubina from systematic knowledge services pvt ltd, contact no ********49 and her colleague contact no : ********23 / ********73 / ********52 are so ILL mannered that they don't even bother to pick up customer's calls and answer any query. Its a shame, that vodafone is associated with people like never ready ,to work, forget help, even if they have received their money. Its shows vodafone as a company and it's interests.

I wonder where its going to lead vodafone. Rather then giving reminder calls and sms unnecessary for bills 10 days prior bill payments , vodafone should start looking at services and think about tag line they are using.

Ridiculous service from vodafone and people associated with vodafone.

Looking at the already launched number of complaints against VODAFONE and SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. , looks their association is so strong that seems like VODAFONE has appointed Systematic Knowledge Pvt. Ltd. to harass people with authority and made SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. People as authorized fooling department of Vodafone. ... Bravo VODAFONE...

I fully agree and endorse Sh.Patil's view. This company Systematic Knowledge Services, Andheri is a fraud co. I also took a My WIFI connection by paying cash of Rs.2400 to the representative who visited me in my Reliance Office , Ballard Estate. Neither my No. was activated nor the person who spoke to me is reachable. His mobile is switched off. I have no other recourse other lodge an FIR with the nearest Police Station.
