automobile eng - regarding disatisfactory performance royal enfileld and service center

royal enfield ltd.

I purchaesd electra 5 sp. model on 23.01.2013 with great attitude of the brand.But further it has been noticed that the rear wheel of the vehicle is defected by problem of voveling. Rear wheel is completely misallign and out from center.I conveyed this problem to service center (DHONE AUTOMOBILES ,MARKET YARD,PUNE).As per their commitment it should have been solved at first service,but problem still continues.service center is very slow in giving service. Now my vehicle is again given to service center on 04.05. 2013.,their reply is so disappointing .


so I kindly request to solve the problem as soon as possible to maintain the stAtus of royal enfield empire.
