This my third mail to you regarding service and bad experiences of service support.
This is third time your representative visited to my home regarding service of refrigerator and each time your representative diagnose with new problem with new estimate and increase amount of service.
Yesterday engneer visited and confirm me charge of 1800 rs and i finalized that amount but today some another machine visited and diagnose new thing and asking more amount Rs 4000 for repair. It mean mach inc are more intelligent then your engineers.
How this is possible that refrigerator cost was Rs 9600 and now its maintenance charge without compressor is Rs 4000 ?
Now i am going to knock door of Consumer form and started mouth publicity of your bad product (refrigerator & TV) which i am suffering bad experiences from date of purchase and its after sales service.
for your kind information my previous mail is attached regarding complain with in four month of purchase.

I purchased your product Samsung refrigerator on12.05.23withyour delar Jaisawal electronic shahganj on shahganj Azamgarh road.the delar no installataled.¬ given stabilizer from May to tillday your product 2time not cooling 1time before 15day engineer locate & said we'll ok then& their after on26thjuly refrigerator not cooling on28th your Engineer mr.vinod yadav on jaunpur.call&take locations with me but 28thjul 5pm not reached.icall him .they give ans iAm not your peon.
