I have a complaint against all Private firms/companies .My complaints are mentioned below :

1. Private companies are meant for profit making where they they have no human feelings. Most of the firms /companies fire people , those who are working are also not satisfied as they don't feel job security or either they are not paid properly.

2. I don't know why there is not a proper rule for recruitment. You may whenever hire people ,whenever fire people without any reason. There should be some common rule for all companies that they if they hired someone they cannot fire that person for less than two years , if the companies cannot do this why they opened their business making people fool. Further hiring should not continue throughout the year , it should be in a year once but for three months after financial year. That looks decent behavior regarding recruitment's.

3. You should give proper growth to people working

4 Stop EMPLOYEE REFERENCES for recruitment.... There are large number of candidate who are skillful but are unemployed ....Equal opportunities should be given to all.

5. While Interviewing people Pay them TA , don't play games unnecessarily calling people and wasting their time.Most of the companies interviewing people throughout the year. they are taking interviews everyday.Are HR people showing their job to their managers.

6 STOP the funda of YEAR GAP or count of number of backs. If a person is good enough to work and is knowledgeable that's enough. There are many people who got year gaps due to personal problems or illness ...why they suffer from this type of rule.

7.Change the name of Indian Institute of Technologies/ Management colleges. Remove name Indian from it. These institutes gives placement in most of the Foreign Companies. When did they work for India,Only a few candidates.
