i placed an order for a puma shoe (order no 10015469) on the 22nd of jan and the site had assured a 30 day replacement clause. On delivery on 25th of jan the shoe was a size small. I contacted the call centre immediately and the customer service executive promised the next size within a week.On jan 29th i sent a mail and i was repeatedly assured that i would get the replacement in a week.
Since there was a time lapse and no replacement was made i contacted them by way of e-mail on 15th, 18th, 19th of feb. After sending 3 mails a customer executive called on 19th of feb and agreed to pick up the shoe in 72 hours and process a refund in 10-15 days.
I havent received any communication since. I have tried to contact them via phone and e-mail but there is no response.
Kindly guide me wrt further action.
