I HAVE OPTED FOR TERM PLAN AND PAID PREMIUM OF RS 14295/- LIC OF INDIA GOT MEDICAL EXAMINATION DONE , REPORTS WERE UN OFFICIALLY PROVIDED TO ME BY THE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER MR DEEPAK AND AGENT MR ANURAG ANAND AND I WAS ADVISED BY THEM VERBALY THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO MORE MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND YOU MAY GET HEAVY PREMIUM LOAD, HENCE I HAVE APPLIED TO REFUND ME THE PREMIUM AMOUNT, BUT NOW ITS MORE THAN TWO MONTHS MY REFUND IS STILL AWAITED FROM LIC OF INDIA.

Complainant's Goal: TO GET MY REFUND WITH INTEREST, AND PUNISH THE ERRING OFFCIALS OF LIC
